Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a justification.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
